Alongside, no native integration yet
Email warm-up and placement proof for Instantly
Short answerRoxInbox runs alongside Instantly on the same mailboxes: Instantly sends your campaigns, and RoxInbox warms the mailboxes, tests placement at every provider and tells you the safe daily limit to set in Instantly. There is no native integration yet; you connect each mailbox to both tools.
Setup
Use RoxInbox with Instantly in five steps
- 1
Run the free domain health check on each sending domain and fix any failing records.
- 2
Connect the mailboxes to RoxInbox (OAuth for Microsoft 365, IMAP/SMTP for others).
- 3
In Instantly, turn warm-up off for those mailboxes once RoxInbox warm-up is running.
- 4
Wait for RoxInbox to show the mailbox at its plateau and a passing placement test.
- 5
Set each mailbox's daily campaign limit in Instantly to the safe volume RoxInbox shows, and keep RoxInbox background warm-up on.
Best practice
Getting the most from Instantly and RoxInbox
- Use a custom tracking domain in Instantly, or turn open tracking off for cold campaigns.
- Spread a campaign over several mailboxes rather than raising one mailbox's limit.
- When RoxInbox pauses a mailbox, remove it from active Instantly campaigns until it recovers.
FAQ
Instantly questions
Do I need RoxInbox if Instantly already has warm-up?
Not to warm up. You'd add RoxInbox for independent placement tests at every provider, monitoring with auto-pause, provider coverage beyond the largest two, and the inbox-ready guarantee.
Can I use both warm-up networks at once?
Avoid it for more than a few days during a switch. Two networks on one mailbox double warm-up volume and make it harder to know which one is working.
Is there a native Instantly integration?
Not yet. Today you connect the same mailboxes to both tools. An API for syncing mailboxes and limits is rolling out to agency and partner plans.
