We built RoxInbox because warm-up asked for too much trust.
Short answerRoxInbox is an Inbox Reputation Autopilot: software that builds, tests and protects the sender reputation of every mailbox a team sends from. It serves sending teams in the EU and the US, and is operated by Havik Group.
Why RoxInbox exists
Warm-up tools ask you to trust a black box for weeks, and you usually learn it failed when reply rates collapse. Meanwhile most of them are tuned for the two largest mailbox providers, while real recipient lists are spread across many more.
We think senders deserve proof. So RoxInbox measures inbox placement for every mailbox, every day, on every major provider, and puts a guarantee behind the result.
What we believe
- Proof over promises. If we can't measure it, we don't claim it.
- No favourites. Reputation has to work wherever your recipients are.
- Built to last. A network designed so filters can't simply switch it off.
- A clean network. We verify customers and remove senders who abuse it, because everyone's reputation depends on it.
- Privacy by default. An encrypted vault, GDPR-grade data protection and a DPA for every customer, in the EU and the US.
