Pricing questions
How much does RoxInbox cost?
From $15 per mailbox per month, down to $9.50 at 101-150 mailboxes. Every mailbox in an account is charged at the rate of the tier your total falls in. Annual billing saves 20%, and teams with more than 150 mailboxes get a custom price.
Why can adding a mailbox lower my bill?
Because every mailbox is charged at the rate of the tier your total falls in. Crossing into the next tier lowers the price of all your mailboxes at once, so one more mailbox can cost nothing extra or even reduce the total.
Are DNS, blacklist and placement checks extra?
No. The DNS audit, blacklist checks and 20 placement test credits a month are included with All-in-one. You can add more credits in the calculator.
What is a placement test credit?
One credit is one inbox placement test: a message sent to seed mailboxes across every provider, with a deliverability report showing inbox, promotions or spam for each.
Can I buy placement tests without warm-up?
Yes. The Placement tests only plan is a monthly credit subscription, or you can buy credits once as pay as you go.
Can I try RoxInbox before paying?
Yes. Every free tool on this site works without an account, and you can start free with 1 mailbox for 14 days.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the billing period. Mailboxes are disconnected and their credentials deleted from our vault.
Are prices shown with tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
What happens if my mailboxes don't reach the inbox?
The inbox-ready guarantee applies: if a mailbox is below 85% inbox placement on day 21 and the conditions are met, its next month is free.
