Deliverability monitoring
Short answerRoxInbox deliverability monitoring gives every mailbox a health score from 0 to 100, rechecks DNS and blocklists, and alerts you in email or Slack the moment placement starts to fall. High-risk mailboxes are paused automatically.
What's included
One number per mailbox and per domain, built from the six signals below, so you know which mailbox to fix first.
Get told when a mailbox starts sliding toward spam, a DNS record breaks or a blocklist adds you, not weeks later.
When the risk is high, RoxInbox pauses the mailbox's warm-up and flags it, so a bad day doesn't become a burned domain.
Domain and IP reputation from Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft SNDS, next to RoxInbox's own measurements.
Domains and IPs checked against major blocklists every day, with an instant alert and delisting steps.
Send a read-only report to a teammate or client that shows placement and health over time.
“Rolling out” features are being released to customers in stages after launch. The changelog lists each release.
The health score
The score is built so the trend moves first. A mailbox can still have a good inbox rate today while its score falls, which is your cue to act.
| Signal | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Inbox rate | Share of warm-up and test email that reached the inbox, per provider |
| Spam rate | Share that landed in spam, and complaint signals where providers expose them |
| Bounce rate | Hard and soft bounces, including throttling codes such as 421 4.7.0 |
| DNS health | SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and PTR status, rechecked daily |
| Blacklists | Listings for the sending domain and IP on major blocklists |
| 7-day trend | Whether the mailbox is improving, stable or sliding |
FAQ
Deliverability monitoring tracks, continuously, whether a sender's email reaches the inbox and why it might stop. It combines placement data, bounce and complaint signals, authentication status and blocklist listings, and alerts you when something changes.
The health score from 0 to 100 combines inbox rate, spam rate, bounce rate, DNS health, blacklist status and the 7-day trend for a mailbox. A falling trend lowers the score before the inbox rate does, which is why it works as an early warning.
They are optional but useful. Both are free panels that show how those providers see your domain or IP. Once connected, RoxInbox shows their data next to its own placement measurements.
Yes. Monitoring and background warm-up are designed to keep running for as long as you send, because most reputation damage happens after the ramp, during real campaigns.
